ISO 9001 certificated. ADAM has the quality management systems of ISO9001. From incoming material to the outgoing finished product, every process is under the strict quality inspecting.
QP (Quality Plan) -> QA (Quality Assurance) -> QC (Quality Check) is our methodology, 6-Sigma and Lean Production are the tools we can use to provide the customers with the documents APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP so on.
So we do Cpk/Ppk and Gauge R&R analysis to minimize the variation and secure the stable quality and enough capability.
TPM (Total Production Maintenance) is also our working routine, every co-worker is empowered to take the responsibility for fully inspecting the details on the operation he has done, every process is checked and inspected carefully, their performance are very much connected with the quality result. Therefore, we are able to guarantee that the dimensions/tolerances could be 100% met for every component.
